Beautiful enamel on rhodium plated sterling silver brooch inspired by the Arts & crafts designer Charles Horner. The enamel is in two tones of red. The slightly convex brooch is 27mm in diameter and has hinged pin with safety catch.

The brooch is enamelled in the 'Basse Taille' method, which is when an intricate engraved silver pattern is covered with translucent vitreous enamel giving texture and dimension.
